no rice for 3 months, can i ?

since yesterday,
aku da nekad,
taknak mkn nasikk..

so,
smlm 1 hari mmg aku tak hadap nasik..
kenduri pown avoid utk pegi..
dgn alasan period pain,
tp mmg ye pown..

smlm,
aku mkn oat je..
then, mlm nye,
maggieeeee...
lps maggie tuh,
milo aiss!
hahaha..
bole ke kurus cm nieee?

aduhh,
aku pown xtaw kenape aku obses sgt nk kurus skng niee?
sblom nie,
aku mmg tak pnh amek port sal bnde2 nie sumee..
ntah, 
mayb sbb makin meningkat dewasa kot..

2 laa, 
taknak stat diet awal2, 
skng kn da susa nk control! 
aduhh..

tp takpeee..
aku tgk, 
cm rmai je yg support aku dri jauh..
heeeee ;)

kte tgk time raye nnt..
ape perkembangan aku..

samada makin kembang or sebalik nyeee...
