  1. - cube try 14 days challenge tuh. yg minum bliss tu. skang, try timbang bpe berat, then after 14days, bpe lak. aku nk try.
    - then jgn mkn berminyak, mkn bnda2 rebus je. sup ke, roti ke.
    - sume amik dlm kuantiti sikit. ok?

    tp aku nk try la bliss 14 days challenge tu. huhu. nk tgk berat before n after.
